Why do I need three separate scores instead of one? +
Google ranks on SEO signals. ChatGPT and Perplexity extract on AEO signals. Claude and Gemini cite on GEO signals. Each engine has different criteria, averaging them into one score hides the fact that you might be scoring 90 on SEO but 20 on GEO, meaning AI search never sees you. Triomize keeps the three matrices separate so nothing important gets buried.
What is the GEO cap and why does it exist? +
If two or more priority AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended) are blocked in your robots.txt, Triomize hard-caps your GEO score at 40/100. The reasoning is simple: a page that prevents AI models from reading it cannot reasonably score above average on generative-engine optimization, regardless of how well the content is structured.
How is AEO different from GEO? +
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is about being the clean, extractable answer a search engine pulls into a snippet or AI Overview. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is about being a trusted, citable source an LLM names in its synthesized response. AEO rewards structure and directness; GEO rewards authority signals, original data, and verifiable authorship.
Does Triomize send my content to external APIs? +
