Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 1 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Triomize website (triomize.com), the Triomize WordPress plugin, and any related services (together, the “Services”), provided by Triomize (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing the plugin or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The plugin and its licence
The Triomize plugin is free and open-source software, licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This means you are free to use, study, modify, and redistribute the plugin’s code in accordance with the terms of the GPL. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by the GPL for the plugin’s code.
For clarity, the GPL applies to the plugin’s source code. It does not grant any right to use our brand assets (see Section 4) or to access our hosted/optional services except as we permit.
2. Acceptable use
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- use them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, or gain unauthorised access to our servers, endpoints, or infrastructure (including our opt-in and API endpoints);
- misuse any communication or opt-in feature to send spam, false, or unauthorised data; or
- misrepresent your identity or another person’s data.
3. Optional data and third-party services
Some features are optional and only operate if you enable them:
- Email opt-in — if you choose to connect, we collect and use your details as described in our Privacy Policy.
- IndexNow — if you enable instant indexing, the plugin submits your content URLs to the IndexNow service (operated by third parties such as Microsoft Bing) to notify search engines of updates.
Your use of any third-party service is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
4. Intellectual property and brand
While the plugin’s code is GPL-licensed, the “Triomize” name, logo, branding, website content, and design remain our property and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and trademark rights. You may not use our name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement, or in a way likely to cause confusion, without our written permission. Redistributing the GPL plugin under our brand as though it were an official Triomize release is not permitted.
5. No warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Triomize provides content-readiness scores and recommendations as guidance only; we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, indexing, or business outcome.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triomize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
