Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Triomize (“Triomize”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website at triomize.com and the Triomize WordPress plugin.
We keep this simple: we collect the minimum we need, we use it only for what we tell you, and we never sell it.
1. Who we are
Triomize provides a WordPress plugin and related services for SEO, AEO, and GEO content optimization. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@triomize.com or via our contact page at https://triomize.com/triomize-support/.
2. What we collect
a) Information you give us through the plugin (only if you choose to).
The Triomize plugin includes an optional email opt-in during setup. It is switched off by default. If — and only if — you tick it, the plugin sends us:
- your email address;
- the URL of the site where the plugin is installed;
- the name you entered during setup.
If you leave the opt-in unticked, none of this is sent, and the plugin transmits no personal data to us.
b) Information you give us through the website.
If you subscribe via a form on triomize.com, we collect the email address you submit.
c) Information collected automatically.
Like most websites, our hosting server records standard technical logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operation. Our site may also use cookies — see Section 8.
We do not collect data about your website’s visitors, and the plugin does not track your site’s users.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- send you product tips, AI-search updates, and news about Triomize (only if you opted in);
- respond to your enquiries and provide support;
- operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for marketing emails (which you give by ticking the opt-in and can withdraw at any time), and on our legitimate interests for operating and securing our website. Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process personal data on the basis of the consent you provide.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share it only with:
- service providers who help us operate (for example, our web host), bound to protect it; and
- authorities, if required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active systems promptly.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- withdraw consent to marketing at any time; and
- object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these, email hello@triomize.com or use our contact page at https://triomize.com/triomize-support/. You can also unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work fully without them.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International data transfers
Triomize operates from India, and your information may be stored and processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Children
Our website and plugin are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you.
